DEPOSITS - WHILE THERE ARE NO DEPOSITS REQUIRED TO SECURE YOUR APPOINTMENT, YOU MUST INPUT YOUR CARD DETAILS INTO THE SYSTEM. YOU WON'T BE CHARGED BUT IF YOU ARE TO CANCEL LAST MINUTE OR NO-SHOW, THE CARD SAVED WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE APPOINTMENT.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING -  WE REQUIRE AT LEAST 24 HOURS NOTICE FOR CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. CANCELLATIONS MADE WITH LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE MAY RESULT IN THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE APPOINTMENT BEING CHARGED. REPEATED LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATIONS/NO-SHOWS MAY RESULT IN REFUSAL OF FUTURE BOOKINGS.

LATENESS - PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. CLIENTS ARRIVING MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE MAY HAVE THEIR SERVICE SHORTENED OR RESCHEDULED, AND EXTRA COSTS MAY BE APPLIED. PLEASE ALSO TRY NOT TO ARRIVE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT TOO EARLY AS I MAY STILL BE WITH A PREVIOUS CLIENT. I USUALLY RUN AHEAD, IF I FINISH ANY EARLIER WITH MY PREVIOUS CLIENT, I WILL LET YOU KNOW.

NAIL GUARANTEE - WE OFFER A 14 DAY GUARANTEE ON ALL SERVICES FOR ISSUES SUCH AS CHIPPING OR LIFTING (CAUSED BY PRODUCT/APPLICATION). THIS DOES NOT COVER DAMAGE CAUSED BY MISUSE, NEGLECT, OR EXTERNAL FACTORS (E.G., BREAKAGES DUE TO ACCIDENTS). PLEASE NOTE - WE CAN TELL IF ANY DAMAGE WAS CAUSED BY YOU.
