Cancellation Policy
DEPOSITS - WHILE THERE ARE NO DEPOSITS REQUIRED TO SECURE YOUR APPOINTMENT, YOU MUST INPUT YOUR CARD DETAILS INTO THE SYSTEM. YOU WON'T BE CHARGED BUT IF YOU ARE TO CANCEL LAST MINUTE OR NO-SHOW, THE CARD SAVED WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE APPOINTMENT. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING - IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT, PLEASE DO THIS ON BOOKSY AT LEAST 48 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE APPOINTMENT START TIME WILL INCUR A 50% CHARGE OF THE TOTAL SERVICE COST. THIS FEE MUST BE PAID BEFORE BOOKING FUTURE APPOINTMENTS.
